Attention HOMEOWNERS:

NJ WebFile CANNOT be used to file a Homestead HOMEOWNER rebate application. Only TENANTS can file their application through NJ WebFile.

The Homestead Homeowner rebate filing system is available for filing your homestead homeowner rebate application. The filing system is limited to those homeowners that are age 65 or older or disabled as of December 31, 2008. Under the Governor's proposed budget, no rebates will be issued to homeowners and tenants who were under age 65 and not disabled as of December 31, 2008. To file your rebate application online or to obtain the most recent information regarding the 2008 homestead rebate program, please visit the Division's web site at www.state.nj.us/treasury/taxation
